This policy explains how Ultimate Tic Tac Toe: Conquest (“Conquest,” “we,” or “the app”) handles information when you play. Conquest is operated by its publisher. For questions or requests, contact innovitechoo@gmail.com.
Information we handle
- Sign-in information: Conquest uses Google Sign-In with Firebase Authentication. Google and Firebase process account identifiers and basic Google account information, such as your name and email address, to authenticate you. Your email is not shown to other players as your public game name.
- Player profile: Conquest stores your Firebase user identifier, chosen display name, avatar selection, and profile timestamps in Firebase. Your display name and avatar may be visible to other players.
- Gameplay and online services: Online rooms use player seats, readiness and room status, board moves, match results, and related timestamps to operate multiplayer matches. Match results contribute to leaderboard statistics and personal match history. Other players can see information needed to play, including your display name, team or seat, game state, and results. Leaderboard entries are visible to users of the online leaderboard.
- Service and security data: Firebase and Google may process technical request, security, and service-operation information when providing authentication, database, and server functions.
- Advertising data: When ads are enabled, Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, limit ad frequency, prevent invalid activity, and personalize ads where permitted.
How we use information
We use information to:
- sign you in and maintain your player profile;
- create and run online rooms, validate moves, and synchronize matches;
- show match history and calculate leaderboard results;
- display and measure ads, limit their frequency, and prevent invalid ad activity;
- protect, maintain, and troubleshoot the game and its online services;
- respond to support questions and account-deletion requests.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the game:
- Google and Firebase: Google provides sign-in, Firebase services used for authentication, online data storage, and server-side game operations, and Google Mobile Ads when advertising is enabled. Google and the advertising services configured by the publisher may process information to provide and measure ads under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
- Other players: Your chosen display name, avatar, seat/team, online game state, and match results are shared where necessary for multiplayer and leaderboard features.
- Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.
We do not sell personal information. When ads are enabled, some device and usage information is shared with Google and its advertising services for ad delivery and measurement as described above. The Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform (UMP) apply user choices and regional consent requirements before ads are requested. You can manage privacy choices in Conquest Settings when that option is required. On iOS, the advertising identifier is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Google's advertising privacy information is available at policies.google.com/technologies/ads; Google's general privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy and Firebase privacy information at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Retention and account deletion
We retain account and gameplay information while it is needed to provide the service. You can request deletion in Conquest from your profile screen. The app asks you to confirm your Google identity before processing the request.
Deletion removes your Firebase account, profile, personal match history, leaderboard entry, and related leaderboard events. Unfinished rooms involving your account are ended. Completed shared match records may be retained for the other players; your display name is replaced with “Deleted player” and your move records use a room-specific anonymous identifier. This means shared match records are not necessarily erased when your account is deleted.
If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion request page to contact us. We may need information sufficient to verify that you control the account. Never send your Google password.
Deleting your Conquest account does not delete your Google account or information Google processes independently for its services and advertising. Review Google’s privacy and advertising settings to manage information associated with your Google account or advertising ID.
Security and international processing
We and our service providers use safeguards intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Google and Firebase may process information in countries where their systems or service providers operate, which may be outside your country.
Children’s privacy
Conquest is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly use the advertising integration to target children. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will review the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game or its services change. We will update the effective date on this page when we publish a revised version.
